Lindsey Chrismon is the Co-Founder and CEO of Oply. A trailblazer in her field, Lindsey was the first female AH-6 Little Bird pilot in U.S. Army history, conducting high-stakes missions in special operations with skill and leadership. A graduate of West Point, where she became only the fourth woman in the academy’s history to serve as First Captain, Lindsey’s leadership has always been groundbreaking. She later earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she honed her entrepreneurial skills. Lindsey’s unique background instills trust and confidence in Oply's mission to simplify homeownership for busy families.

Gabe Chrismon is the Co-Founder and COO of Oply, bringing a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial experience. A fellow West Point graduate, Gabe excelled as a Rugby player and later commissioned as an Infantry Officer, serving in Afghanistan. Oply is Gabe’s second venture in the home services space; he successfully founded, grew, and sold his first company, giving him unparalleled expertise in this industry. His dedication to operational excellence and customer satisfaction ensures Oply provides a seamless and reliable experience for homeowners. Gabe’s veteran leadership and entrepreneurial success make him a driving force behind Oply's growth.

Josh brings nearly 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams at NASA, Amazon, and multiple startups. At NASA, he directed mission-critical software programs, including launch control systems for human spaceflight. At Amazon, he built data platforms powering billions of daily interactions across Echo, Ring, FireTV, and more. Today, Josh leverages his expertise in human-centered design and product strategy to build AI-powered solutions that modernize homeownership and home services.

Jordan is a data leader with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, analytics, and product development. He has led teams at startups and enterprise companies, including building LLM-based platforms at Envestnet and developing core machine learning services at Abe.ai.

Rob is a seasoned marketing leader with experience spanning tech, sports, defense, and global brand strategy. At AWS, he led social and digital marketing for partnerships with the NFL, Formula 1, the U.S. Air Force, and more—reaching over 20 million followers and generating $300M+ in business value. Previously, he scaled national consumer brands as a CMO, launched global campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, and directed operations during two combat deployments as a U.S. Army Captain. Rob brings a unique blend of creativity, operational rigor, and leadership to driving Oply’s growth.

Andrew is an Army Veteran who brings nearly a decade of project management to the Oply product team. As a previous business owner in the home services space, Andrew's knowledge on the real world pain points that both homeowners and home service professionals are facing every day adds tremendous value to the continued improvement of our product.

Antoniy is a full-stack engineer with over a decade of experience building high-performance web and mobile applications. Skilled in React, React Native, Python, Node.js, and cloud architecture, he has delivered scalable solutions across startups and enterprise projects. From intuitive user interfaces to secure backend systems, Antoniy specializes in creating seamless digital experiences that blend speed, functionality, and design.

Samuel is a seasoned full stack engineer and React Native specialist with over a decade of experience across startups and enterprise environments. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he has built and scaled cross-platform applications from MVP to launch, led developer teams, and delivered high-performing software solutions in industries ranging from e-commerce to wellness tech. Samuel brings a product-oriented mindset, agile expertise, and a proven ability to turn complex problems into user-friendly solutions.

Minhaz is an experienced software architect and engineer with deep expertise across cloud systems, mobile, and full-stack development. He founded SMPL Inc., where he built SaaS platforms and consulting solutions serving clinics, hospitals, and enterprises nationwide. Previously, he led software engineering at SecureNet Technologies, driving mobile and backend innovation for connected security systems. With a background spanning AWS, React Native, NodeJS, and large-scale cloud infrastructure, Minhaz specializes in designing secure, scalable applications that solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
