Lindsey Chrismon (CEO & Co-Founder)

A proud West Point graduate, Harvard Business School graduate, and former Army Special Ops helicopter pilot, Lindsey has a unique blend of military discipline and entrepreneurial spirit. After successfully running a restoration business, she now leads Oply, having raised $5M and secured national partnerships to help home service pros thrive.

Gabe Chrismon (COO & Co-Founder)

Also a West Point grad and Bronze Star Army infantry officer, Gabe brings a wealth of experience from his time as a restoration company owner. His focus on operations and pro partnerships ensures that Oply is built with the needs of service professionals in mind.

Josh Manning (Head of Product)

With 20 years of experience at NASA and Amazon, Josh has a proven track record in building scalable technology solutions. His expertise in creating launch countdown systems and global IoT analytics platforms is instrumental in developing Oply’s innovative features.

Jordan Manning (Head of AI & Data)

As the former lead data scientist at Envestnet, Jordan specializes in AI, LLMs, and NLP. He is responsible for the predictive technology that powers Oply, ensuring that homeowners can anticipate maintenance needs before they become costly repairs.

Andrew Danilack (Product Manager)

An Army infantry officer and Ranger School graduate, Andrew transitioned to become a restoration business owner. His hands-on field experience brings invaluable insights to product development, ensuring Oply meets the real-world needs of home service pros.

Rob Boeckmann (VP of Marketing)

With a background as CMO at Feltman’s and experience at AWS, Rob is a West Point grad and viral content creator. His expertise in B2B and B2C marketing helps Oply connect with professionals in a relatable and engaging way.

Tyler Pham (Partnerships)

A Black Hawk pilot and West Point grad, Tyler is transitioning from the Army to lead strategic partnerships at Oply. His military background instills a strong sense of commitment to building relationships that benefit home service professionals.
