Lindsey Chrismon, the CEO and Co-Founder of Oply, is West Point graduate where she was the fourth woman in West Point history to become the First Captain, a decorated U.S. Army officer, and a pioneering pilot in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. She made history as the first woman in U.S. Army history selected to fly the AH-6M Little Bird, showcasing her exceptional skills and determination. Lindsey's leadership extends beyond the military; she has successfully scaled Oply from a concept to a $5.2 million venture-backed company, establishing national partnerships and developing patented AI technology that serves thousands of active users.
Before founding Oply, Lindsey co-founded a multi-million-dollar restoration company, where she honed her business acumen and operational expertise. Gabe Chrismon: From Military Service to Home Services
Gabe Chrismon, the COO and Co-Founder of Oply, is a U.S. Army veteran, Bronze Start recipient, and also West Point graduate who transitioned from military service to the home services industry. His personal experiences as a business owner in the home services industry, speaking with thousands of homeowners, coupled with lessons learned from his father's decades in the trades, inspired the creation of Oply. Gabe's operational leadership has been instrumental in building Oply's vendor network, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring nationwide service coverage.
